All of these services are based on the typical issues that arise in these matters and circumstances and your legal needs may be more complex. That being said, before we start the engagement you will know what the cost of the project will be, or as accurate an estimate as we can provide. There are matters that may require an hourly rate, or if you prefer one, we’ll let you know what that is before we get started. These fees do NOT include any additional costs or filing fees, State or Federal, that arise as part of the representation.
