U.S. Navy Veteran and Attorney Carlos Hernandez Ocampo formed Emergence Law with a deep commitment to empowering the dreamers, entrepreneurs, and visionaries of Kentucky and beyond. Nothing is more precious to Carlos than the dreams of his fellow Kentuckians. He is honored to use his expertise as an attorney to support his community.
Carlos has devoted his life to making meaningful connections with the people he meets. His passion for communication and open dialogue has led him to learn several languages to better communicate and understand the cultures he works with. He speaks fluent English, Spanish, Bosnian, and Italian.
Art is in his blood, from applying creative concepts to complex legal issues to innovating ways to deal with traditional corporate problems. His passion for art, business, law, and veterans is visible in everything he does.
